I need to search for some low carb bread. I so enjoy La Brea Bakery bread (top 10 in US) that I buy locally for the lowest price but am almost ready to cut back on bread. Maybe switching to low carb to make the transition would be a good move for me.

Sounds so good! I love just a banana by itself with peanut butter and fluff. Not as healthy as your banana sandwich though. Another thing that's good is to put a banana, drizzled with honey into some bread and bake it in the oven.

So you’ll see me eating with low carb products a lot. It’s not because I’m Leto. It’s because I’m wanting to eat more fruit without going crazy with natural sugars.
I pair this with dancing, boxing cardio and body weight exercises daily. I need at least 30 a day when I’m busy. But I aim for at least 1 hour, 6 days a week.
For me the secret is loving the exercise. So I do rhythm dancing games in my VR headset. And rhythm boxing games in VR.
But my diet has been the biggest thing to rev up my metabolism.
I’m not keto, paleo, vegan or vegetarian. But I use a lot of these products to make it possible to eat a lot more fruit without going above 35 carbs per meal, or close to it. And 15 carbs per snack. I eat at least 25+ g of fiber daily and I up my protein and fats because I’m building muscle and need energy.
