Diario de loosinisfun, 16 ago. 09

gooooooood sunday mornin...been off track for several days ...been eatin like a pig and gettin exercise like a couch potato ...guess its not as bad as in the past...but enough i feel sluggish today ...did manage to get out and on the bike for 2x30 min...plan on doing 2 more sessions thru the day...just been so humid an hot here last several days..hard to stay in a routine when its so hot out an all you want to do is stay inside where its cooler...guess we all have days or weeks like this..just a matter of refocusing an lookin back at the progress over the last 2 years an gettin bck on track an back into that regular routine once again...all i can do is my best...just keep after it and try an do better then the day before...have a great day everyone...
