Half an apple with the center hollowed out and filled with cinnamon and crunchy peanut butter!

Looks weird but I’m a clinical massages therapist and I need quick, easy to eat snacks in-between patients. No having to dip apples now!

Sounds delicious!! I would love it. I eat apples with peanut butter but the cinnamon idea sounds like icing on the cake. I must try it.

Morticia, the cinnamon was amazing. @everyone my peanut butter was the drippy natural kind. It worked but if you need it to really gloop try using a thicker nut butter. And another thing I do sometimes is mix in a little honey and/or cocao if I’m wanting a chocolate taste, to taste.
