You are at the weight that I started at. My recommended calories were set at 1200. I found if I ate below this I would always gain weight. What worked for me was to get my calories and try and balance the macros. You can do it.

That's what I'm doing. Protein, fat and green vege, 2 meals a day (ish, sometimes they're back to back) and no hunger. When I eat carbs I get furiously hungry and I gain weight. I can easily plow through 3000 calories of carbohydrate a day, esp if you bring out the fresh bread.... but staying on fats, proteins and green vege, no hunger on a calorie deficit, and lots of energy.

Under 1500 calories and your body will hold onto fat as it feels like it’s in survival mode. And it takes 1500 just for minimal body functions.
