Diario de loosinisfun, 21 jul. 11

gooooood mornin...another humid day already..still under heat advisory till saturday nite...already 83 with heat index...an its only 5am...had trouble waking up this morning to get my cardio at the gym...kinda slept in...lol...but eventually got up an decided just to do a morning walk for a change...either way was still a sweaty workout...so all worked out well...i could tell it had been awhile since i had done a 2.5 mile morning walk...kept thinkin...geez...i thought i was in shape...an then i would think...well it has been since dec or jan since you went for a morning walk...so doing a different workout from time to time is a great way of shocking the system....not sure whats on the schedule for today...ended up being out in the heat several times yesterday...always felt great to get back inside and in the cool...
