Diario de Suriliel, 14 abr. 23

I've been going over my calories quite a lot lately due to eating out, etc... but it's amazing how much more aware I am now regardless. Not too long ago I would have come home from a big meal and then later that evening had a bowl of cereal just for fun. Not hungry, just love cereal. Or make a cake at 10pm and have a couple slices. I'm not saying I'll never do those things or that doing them is necessarily bad, but I'm more aware now of how much everything 'costs.' Eating all day just because I want to isn't necessary or healthy for me. Making good choices more of the time is the goal, and I think I'm doing okay :)

Don’t ever stop thinking like that… I am finding it amazing how unaware I was of all these sorts of things, and how big a difference the changes make, if not to our weight, then to our health… Keep up the good work, :) DV
