On April 30th I have a fasting blood sugar of 278 the week before I had numerous readings in the 360 range I started back on Atkins after 10 months away I am happy to report is that I have not had any readings over 126 in the last two and a half weeks I lost 20 pounds fortunately I have willpower and then following it relatively strictly but I love salads I love Kraft chunky blue cheese dressing baked chicken and fish broccoli and spinach I think I will try to stay at this level through the remainder of June in hopes of dropping another 10 or 15 and then going to phase 2
