How do I stop these fluctuations? I’m not talking about weight I’m talking about motivation. I need to refocus!

Right now I’ve completely cut out candy.
No fast food at all.
Back to packing lunches.

Wish me luck I need it.

remember why you're doing this and recognize how far you've come already. Just keep believing in yourself and moving forward, one meal at a time. You've made healthy eating a habit so you can reactivate the good habit.

motivation comes and goes to be consistently successful you dont need motivation you need discipline relying in motivation alone isn't enough

My motivation comes from seeing a drop in the scale. Even if it’s .1 !

Thanks guys I really appreciate your words. You’re right. I do like the feeling of seeing that number go down and I am lacking discipline. I’m changing small things one day at a time.
