Thanks Tatmummy - I think although I have a lot of pounds to lose..I'm in no particular hurry, as my sanity is just as important as my weight loss I think it will definitely work for me. I also found in the past if I was good all week, I felt I didn't want go too mad on weekends and erase all the good work, so also watched what I ate. But I became a bit neurotic about recording and worried that I didn't record right and it became a bit of a stressor....which is counteractive to losing weight....the finely tuned balance of life ha ha
