Tried a weight workout, 30 minutes. My psoriasis in my buttcrack grew. Went right in the shower and washed off the sweat. Was quite hard, but it's the first time I have exercised in a while, so that's expected. Some next day muscle soreness I am expecting tomorrow, but we shall see. Did shower, but did not wash my hair because I had it colored today.

I find that stretching go a long way in regaining flexibility and reducing soreness. Stretch while watching tv, stretch reading a magazine...stretch a lot!😉
