Father's Day was awesome! Beautiful Wifey got me a Fitbit Charge HR, so until I get the Apple Watch, this will keep my cal counting honest. Found I was adding like 2lbs by having my work pants/belt on, so shed 3 lbs quickly this weekend! (Sorry for the mental picture I just painted there...) anyway, I'm running in a 4 mile event this coming Saturday for fun. My first competitive run since 2010, so looking forward to it. I've reached my original goal of 225, but I'm going to try for 215 to see how it looks on my frame.everyone says I'm looking too skinny, but I don't think 10 lbs will make much difference from here..
