Back from another glorious 2h run.
The scale is kind to me today, and if I go on like this, then I am going to reach my weight goal next week.
I also started to do resistance training every day for about 30min to decelerate my bodies aging process. At 55 I can't just count on nature found it's thing on it's own, like i could when i was in my 30s.
