Diario de crstlgls, 21 may. 23

Apparently, 64 oz. of water a day is not cutting it anymore. But I do not know how much more I should drink when adding physical activity, so I did a hydration calculator. It was saying 89 oz. is more like what I need. I drank 1 1/2 liters this morning because my pee was so dark; almost straight away had a bowel movement. So clearly, I am dehydrated on 64 oz a day and need more than that. I drank 3 liters overall today.

I seem to be crying when I try to pray a set of prayers like the rosary. Don't know why, but I am thinking it might be related to the time my father physically abused me when I was 10. Will be mentioning this to my therapist at my appointment next week. In the meantime, I am just writing in a journal about it and asking Jesus for help.
