Morning Blood Sugar: 170
Afternoon Blood Sugar:
Evening Blood Sugar: 121

Ended up eating supper way too late last night and consumed way too many Brussel sprouts (vege fav), that could account for the spike in fasting blood sugar today, although my carbs weren't really too high they were still higher than my norm and my protein ration was higher as well as my fat ratio being way too low.

Each day is a new beginning and is a gift from God and will be treated as such! To Him be all the glory!!!
