I'm all over the place today taking photo's of all the stuff I bought yesterday at the Gluten Free Garage & spent a pretty penny too...lol. What I can't figure out is how my fasting blood sugar today was 6.3 mmol/L considering I sampled lots of stuff including items that were not sugar-free and brought home GF Butter Tarts that are not sugar-free either (I had one yesterday and one just now). Maybe it was the walking but I didn't walk very fast. Hmmm, oh well, not going to knock it.
Once I get the all the photo's taken and sorted on my computer, I will show you some of the stuff ;)
