I kept saying I wouldn’t do anything that wasn’t sustainable, but I changed my mind. I have been months of tracking and eating clean. Keeping within my calories, exercising… Nothing happening. Bloodwork is normal (for me), and docs don’t know what else to do. I’ve decided to kickstart things with IF. I enjoy my morning coffee too much to stop it forever, but for a little bit, I can handle it. This post cancer, depressed body of mine has got to get back into shape!!
