I was asked about what kind of wrap I used for my breakfast today. My favorite are the Ole, but the Guerrero work when I can’t find the Ole brand. The ole are 30 calories smaller tortillas and the Guerrero are 50 calories. Ole also has a 50 cal version.

My wife just put me onto these Ole Extreme Wellness tortillas that are 30 calories. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW. I love them.. I can use them for breakfast, dinner, & lunch. Lots of fiber so they keep you full as well.

They have the best texture of the high fiber lower calorie tortillas I have found. Sometimes I do miss my old flour tortillas but these are working very well and have become my new normal.
