Got back in the gym this evening after my forced day off. Lowered the reps and went heavier since I now have two full days to recover. Everything's back on track. My temptation is not eating the wrong food. My cravings for that stuff are mostly gone. My issue is wanting to talk myself out of going to the gym. So today was a good day.

yep I have that problem also, but I walk rescue dog's to get my steps in. Harder to let a rescue down.
