Diario de crstlgls, 19 jun. 23

My IBS is still flaring. The heating pad is helping with the pain and constipation, but I am still very bloated. Until that changes, I am not going to record a weight any different. I am also taking my dicyclomine and my simethicone tablets. I may use my sumatriptan on the headache today. Also drinking 14 oz. ginger tea each morning.

The iron supplements are making my stool dark, but I am not worried about it. I chose a non-constipating form of iron.

As for the hot water, we still do not have it and are waiting for maintenance to come out and fix the problem. Another tenant on my floor does not have hot water either. I ran it on and off all afternoon Saturday and it still was not coming out hot. I ran it at a drip for 5 minutes as the leasing company told me and it still came out cold. Once again, I cannot take a shower. I did have the hairdresser wash my hair Saturday, so at least that is covered.
