Used the BMR calculator on Pro Physique. Going to try a 500 cal reduction in cals for fat lose. This puts me at 1988 daily cals to break down p, c, and f. My understanding is target goal weight in grams of protein a day. This puts me at 185g. Anyone else break down macro split and meals per day? Any good resources? Thanks!
