Diario de crstlgls, 02 jul. 23

I noticed this morning my hair is softer, I am going easier, my bloating went down by 1.5 pounds. I still have 3.5 lbs to lose of water weight, but I am finally starting to feel better. My scalp is not so itchy, too; did not know iron deficiency anemia could do that to me. My hair is not falling out as much, too. After 2 weeks of being bloated, I am finally starting to feel better.

Keto is not good for thyroid problems, and I have low thyroid and take supplements for it. I am not someone that will eat a steak, either, and not willing to change that. I am on low FODMAP and reintroducing foods to see what sugars I am sensitive to. There is a possibility I am sensitive to fructans, but I will need to test more foods to verify it. Garlic and onion definitely give me problems, though.
