I've been consistently exercising, and staying within my calorie limit (most days haha) and I'm thankful it's paid off. I'm almost to my first goal! after I hit 170, I don't even know what I'll do. it's been so long since I weighed that much. maybe I'll go for 165! I'm building muscle as I go so I'm not sure how low I can go but I'm gonna try to get rid of all this stubborn belly fat.
