Ok so... really analyzing my first couple weeks tracking my diet I have only lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks. Hmmm! I can't fully admit that I'm happy with that so far because I am considering the fact that I staarted this diet at 224 lbs. But I don't wanna get to the point where I just let go like I always do... so in having said that I have decided to put myself through Food AA or I should say dieters bootcamp! I will stick to this challenge.. 15 lbs by October 31st. Be a healthier mommy, a happier person & a more confident woman!! Let's do this..... GRRR RRRRRR! Haha
