This is my first weekend with logging my eating. Sigh. It's depressing to think of how easy it is to "gorge" after eating 1200 a all week. I am staying strong though, even without family support. (They are weekend eating warriors) After I spell, I'm getting on the treadmill to do my Challenge 5 Miles. Go Me!!
