So, a few days ago I was feeling weird... pressure in my chest, sore throat, very tired, faster heart rate, mild asthma attack...hmmm, and I have no idea what it is! I am better today, but I am still experiencing mild symptoms. I have been off at the gym this week to recover from my weird illness, but despite my absence in the gym...I am continuing to lose weight thanks to calorie counting! WOO HOO!
I weigh 138 pounds this morning! That is a 14 pound loss in just a little over a month! 5 weeks? I think. YAY!! Thank goodness for amazing strengths with will power! I NEVER cave! EVER! It's like a game for me! LOL
Well, I have a long day ahead of me... tons of homework! For those of you that don't know, I am in the bachelors program at the University of Phoenix majoring in Psychology. I have tons of homework because I am doing online studies until baby Justin is a little older. I will probably finish my bachelors degree online and then return to school on campus for my masters! At least then I will have had plenty of time to be with Jacob and Justin!
