Diario de tribute_to_erasmus, 03 sep. 09

I had a good run yesterday -- I comleted my 5k with only minor aches and pains. My new problem is boredom on the treadmill. Unfortunately, I'm resigned to workout in doors when my runs are pushed passed sundown. Any thoughts or keeping the rune xiting from start to finish?
