I find myself breaking out the measuring cups every time I eat. Ugh, I honestly want to break the habit of religiously counting calories. After losing 60 pounds, the idea of weight gain is terrifying. Physically, I'm where I want to be. Hopefully the vacation I'm going on will ease the obsession!
