Diario de Nicole Strong Barrett, 30 jul. 15

Thursday means nervous. The day before my weigh in always has me wondering..did I eat too much? Did I work out enough? Will I lose? Will I gain?..These past 7 days have been a bit weird. The weekend was a train wreck to be honest, 2200 calories when I should have had 1200, and that happened twice. Monday I was back on track and have a great week of exercise, rest, and food, just don't know if it's enough. Right now I feel to stay the same would be a victory but if that happens tomorrow I will lament not losing. Crazy mind games, huh?
