so... I kind of hesitated to weigh myself today because I did it mid-day. I normally weigh myself in the morning before breakfast (since I read that's for accurate results) but I am kinda surprised that my weight has dropped a lot since my last weigh in. although I guess It should fuel my motivation & I should just stick to my challenge!! so far so good... this LA heat defenetly has got me drinking a lot more water, like A lot more 6 to 8 liters a day! wow!!! :)
