i have learned that pasta is not my friend! ARGH! last week i had mexican food w/some co-workers... that did not go well. i gained 2 lbs. and it took me ALL week to lose them. i got down to 184 earlier this week, but i went to macaroni grill last night, and gained 1 lbs. it's probably gonna take me all week to lose that. :-(
on the bright side, i have lost inches!!! my clothes is starting to feel loose. :-)
84,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 16,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
