hi Everyone, TO start of I still weigh 118lbs so no gain , no loss. How are you all? Had a brilliant time with Jim, who is still in hospital. But yo cheer him up we did karaoke and his grandson Bailey turned up unexpected so a fantastic surprise we were both delighted. what a great visit. Hope you all have had a great Saturday.
