I ate too much sorbitol the other day, but it is starting to go down. I reduced the prune juice to 3/4 cup instead of 1. Once the symptoms go down, I will try the coconut at dinner rather than breakfast to see if it was the stacking or I am sensitive.

I also am now going back into classes tomorrow, so am planning food to take with me. Just had my first coaching session and did some other things while on campus today.
