Rough one. It is better to know, like YOH says. There is a doctor in Iowa, Terry Wahls MD, who reversed her MS symptoms with diet and targeted supplements. She is on YouTube and has a TED talk when you feel up to it.

Qu33n, if you don't mind answering, what led you to suspect MS? What were your symptoms?

💙💙💙 I hope you find comfort here. We can be a source of release because you are relatively anonymous. Sometimes it helps to vent in a place where you feel no one can really 'bring it back to you,' if you know what I mean. Lean on us, if you can. 💙

My oldest daughter has had it for 12 years and a cousin on Hubby's side has it. What I have learned is that it is a very individualized affliction. No 2 people are affected in the same ways. Diet, sleep and movement are very important. Please do your own research and track foods and the way you feel. Journaling will be your best friend. The need to advocate for yourself can't be overstated!
Prayers for you to find peace in your new reality!

@larilyn I started having problems with my right eye. It was like a constant bright spot in my sight. Got treated for my blood pressure, the spot was still there. Went to 3 different eye doctors and 2 X-rays to check my optic nerves and nothing but I got prescribed glasses to aid in seeing past it bc they though get it might've been due to my constant use of electronics bc of my job. So I was referred to a neurologist, They started asking questions about this, that, and the third. Balance issues, Dizziness, pains, extreme fatigue, headaches, different things like that. So I went through a spinal tap and 3 more MRIs and a chest x-ray, lots of blood work. They found a lesion in my upper spine near my neck.. Another symptom was heaviness in my legs, tiredness in my legs and when I bend my neck my whole body tingles like electricity surging through it, that's called Lhermittes sign. It ultimately led to my MS diagnosis. Had been looking for answers since last spring..
