So I've sort of stopped dieting. Hopefully I've been doing it long enough that I know what I can and can't eat. I do find it easier now to eat less and know that it's enough. I'm still sticking to healthier (lower fat, carb and calorie) choices, and I am not drinking alcohol in the week (unless I'm at a festival!) It all seems to be working. I am weighing myself every few days though, to avoid the weight creeping back on! It seems so much easier to stay at 140lbs than to try to get there form far away (well D'uh!)

I'm off to yet another festival this weekend. Fingers crossed the extra activity involved in pitching tents and lugging stuff about (and staying warm at night!) will make up for the added alcohol calories.
