Didn't keep track and record over the weekend.....or exercise...no motivation in 106 degree weather...but back at it again today HOPEFULLY seeing as how my air conditioner took a dump on me yesterday! FUN TIMES!!!

Oh the heat sucks so much! I can't check the mail without sweating to death! I would love to add some daily walks to my list lol but who r we kidding...the 100-115 degree heat is way to intense!😢
