@Katrina19622 .. normally our expectations are too high. We all want to lose at least 1kg a week and not going to happen except in the 1st 2 months!
Accept what your body gives you .. It is not a sprint .. it is a marathon: 1. 1 step at a time
2. Follow your eating rules / plan
3. Keep going no matter what!
4. Ask yourself how badly do you want / need this?
5. DO NOT CRY! You are not a baby!
6. Make sure your tummy goes regularly taking in lots of fibre and fluids! It is the only place all that burned fat and junk can leave your body!
Good luck .. YOU CAN DO IT .. IF 1 HUMAN CAN DO IT THEN SO CAN YOU!!
