Today is my son's 14th birthday and my unchecked food day for the month. I will not be logging food and I can guarantee ice cream cake will be part of the day. The one day a month I have a free food day helps me keep on track for the rest of the month. Tell me I can't have something and I want it, badly. Tell me I can have it but I have to wait a month and I'm okay.

I like how that works for you - I am going to do that someday when I am tryong to maintain my weight.

I have my one day off a week! I don't go overboard but don't keep to my lower calorie count either. I'm thrilled you've found what works for you. Keep up the good work and I hope that ice cream cake was delicious!
