Diario de ddrudd, 15 sep. 23

Everyone always says listen to your body, and that’s actually easy enough to do, but understanding what it’s telling you is another thing entirely. The last few months I’ve been studying and learning about body mechanics, fixing muscle imbalances, and building a strong stable base. Lately my workouts have just been whatever my body needs that day rather than following a structured weekly plan. It feels good to be able to make little aches and pains go away, to see my posture improving, to feel stronger. With all the stress of life and moving cross country this is the best thing I can do to help keep myself healthy. I also totally quit tracking what I eat for now, I’m so focused on work and the other things I have going on right now, I don’t need to worry about mindless eating.
