GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE...i woke up thinkin it was monday morning...lol...i actually got 10 hours of sleep minus the 20 i got up to take meds...feelin really good....but i have been the last few days once the infection started to break down...after breakfast then im gonna dress alittle warmer...56 outside right now...an since we have a drive way thats fairly long..im gonna use it to get some steps in an just to get a walk...a few trips back an forth on it will do just fine...keep buildin that leg muscle bck up..sore was on my shin...so it feels like someone kicked me ther...can almost touch the sore there now an not come outta the chair...my weight is still showin a loss..not sure how that can be after eating meals at a hospital an them being so good...an i do mean they was really good meals...i almost hated to eat it all cause i was thinkin to my slf...to many calories...but they had me on a diebetic diet cause when i first went in , i told them i had been told couple of years ago i was borderline ....so they had me on 2000 calorie..well i have great news....im not diebetic...my doctor in the hospital told me my numbers where to good to be diebetic so..that just really made my days in the hospital worth it...all the walking an changing the eating habits was a really good thing...all that hard work reversed what was going to happen to me...in fact doctor told me for as big a person as i am, he was surprised by my numbers...lol...well my cheerios are almost gone...an my dry toast is as well...took my pain pill, a tylenol..lol...so gettin ready to put on a jacket an head out for that mornin walk down the drive an back a few times get some kind of movement...feels so good to be home ...was kinda sad to leave the hospital cause of all the people ther...enjoyed seeing them when they come in on there shifts....i do have a story to tell...but will add it later today after i get some more time...have a greattttttttttttt day....
