His take, and my new favorite mantra: "There is no such thing as a healthy snack!" he also explained we need to find the reason why you're gaining, not losing or unable to maintain your weight loss. it's one of these three things... figure out your problem and fix it! 1) it's what you're eating. 2) it's how much you're eating. 3) it's when you're eating. maintain a 1200 calorie a day diet. with no snacking! Three meals a day. 400 calories each. You want to fast ...fine! two meals a day. 600 calories each. No snacking!
My issue has been snacking! this week I've worked on not doing that and I'm down from 207.8 to 201.8. nothing else has changed.
