Strenth is comming back still 20 lbs and 1 rep shy of where I was with my deadlift sets but the comeback is in full swing .. lets do this 💪

Redporchlady I've found grip strength to be very slow to gain. For me at least. I spent the last 6 months focusing on grip pretty heavily. I didn't use any straps at all for my deadlfits but I couldn't lift nearly as much because of it. I can do sets up to 275 with no straps then anything over I need straps my grip gives out too quick.

Cheesegobbler84 your so right it feels good. kind of a smile lol but more of a crazy gym face fighting to get that last little bit up

To strengthen my grip, I do a farmer's walk, stand on the pull-up bar, and train with kettlebells. I have greatly improved my grip strength, but of course it came from being completely sedentary and I have not tested myself with maximum weights with a bar olympic.

Great progress. I was a power lifter in college, and loved it when I saw progress toward a specific weight or goal. Unfortunately, age & injuries caught up with me, so it is generally light weights that I must use now. Keep moving up !!

Shark3000 nice 👍 I have been doing farmers walks and suitcase carries but not consistently but they are great for grip and core as well

Bionici thanks ! Progress feels Great even if for now it's just Progress back to where I was 6 months ago. I really can't wait to push past that point and hit some new prs again
