Recently had two weeks where I had no appetite at all and barely ate one small meal each day, followed by two weeks of being ravenously hungry all the time. I don’t think that’s what people mean when they talk about balance 🤔 But appetite is mostly back to normal now. Haven’t done a strength workout in about a month, either haven’t had access to weights and/or haven’t had the right brain space. Although I have been doing a lot of carrying heavy boxes, unpacking things, assembling furniture, etc.
I’ve been finding time for a pretty good amount of cardio too. Running at lunch times, rowing, hiking.
One cool thing about being here - the air quality is much better than it was in LA and I am breathing a little easier all the time. I feel like I got a little cardio boost just by having cleaner air to breathe.
