I usually use my crockpot chicken for tacos with low carb tortillas, barbecue chicken sandwiches, salads and casseroles! 

We’re having ours with corn, black beans and salsa tonight. Yesterday I had barbecue. Those are 2 family favorites. Oh and franks for buffalo chicken anything 

ty!  

Similar to Shake. For enchiladas or tacos we add to crockpot: can corn, can black beans, salsa. I think we add chili powder too and some spices but that's optional. Optional cream cheese last 10 minutes or so. If making enchiladas, with low carb or wheat tortillas we add salsa verde with mozzarella on top after rolling. I like lite sour cream with also.
