Diario de skwhite, 16 sep. 15

Slowly working on increasing the good fat and proteins and lessening the carbs. My chart is starting to look like a peace sign so I am feeling good about the changes. We shall see how the scale goes in the morning, however I am staying fuller and not really craving anything so that is a good thing. Hubby is reading his zombie book again tonight but I did not let that defer me I did my walking (indoors because day 2 of rain, woo hoo) and then headed to the garage to ride my stationary bike. =)
