I loaned my scales to a friend so I've no idea of my current weight but I know I've come down a bit, despite a week visiting my folks. I had an interesting chat with a friend of theirs who has lost 2 and a half stone following a keto diet. I'm doing intermittent fasting as it seems to work for me.
