it is now day four of this low carb WOE and I am down to a weight I haven't been since the beginning of the year! My weight is starting to go and this seems to be working. I thank God that i did not have to go through the "carb flu" they were all talking about. I am 196 now, and so I know that I have actually lost 2 lbs of fat. I am riding my bike and working out a few days a week. I believe that i had no trouble with the "carb flu" because I am taking my Vollara supplements.
