Happy Thanksgiving cant let all the gainz be around the waist... pre bulksgiving dinner workout. My sister came home after 10 weeks in the hospital so we will have the full crew around the table tonight!! Get those sweat pants ready full stomach incoming. Kids are trying to watch the parade at the same time 🤣

wifey9707 thank you it was a pretty terrible 10 weeks for her 😢 and she was still in lots of pain but at least not stuck in the hospital still and your not wrong about my son he usually uses the weights im using only adjusted down he was mad I was using them but it didn't take many reps for his arms to get tired 🤣

I am i think we have a diagnosis for the vertigo. Benign positional something or other vertigo. Coming from right side. Whew. Have a plan of action to help. Have a lovely day with scooby and the fam.💕
