68/2/11.5/111+1 2023 YTD Workouts/Dec Workouts/2023 PT/2023 SPC+IC this morning.
Recent workout note: I had no interest in working out. No energy. No excitement or motivation. But I'd decided I would workout so I did. The workout was lame, one of my worst. Under 300 reps on heavy rope in 3 minutes. No epiphany, no big moment of anything. But I went and worked out. And it was better than all the other non workouts I've done. I'll always have that workout in me. So, remember that. It also made it easier to head back this morning. That's real benefit.

Good for you! Yeeeees! As long as we keep consistency we will have progress. And when we stagnate, it will be so easy for us to make corrections toward our goals!
