Fatsinme, that compliment means a great deal to me. Thank you. I used to think that pleasure was the same as joy and that suffering was the opposite of pleasure. Now I know the opposite of suffering isn't pleasure, it is joy and (to me) joy is freedom from mental suffering. Joy is peace in knowing and being your truth. Mental suffering is lack of awareness or willingness to be the truth about you. 💙
