Had only 970 calories yesterday to make up for my nearly 3K slip Sunday. Not sure you can do this with any success; starve one day to make up for another day but I did drop back to 209 and about 2/10. Will add a few calories today but keep dinner light again. Increased weights so I probably need more protein.
weird thing: fat percentage went back to where it was before my slip. I really don't understand that!!
